Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Option 1 – Standard Exchange

We arrange pickup of your order. Once we receive and verify the product, we dispatch your replacement.

Option 2 – Faster Exchange

Need it sooner? Place a new order for your preferred size. We’ll arrange pickup of the previous order and process the refund once the returned item is received and verified.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

If you want to return due to size, fit, preference, or change of mind, return shipping charges will apply.
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping is free.
